Since 2023, we have been pioneering a cutting-edge production process at the Prime Lithium R&D Center in Stade — engineered for low carbon emissions, sustainability, maximum efficiency, exceptional product quality and responsible use of resources. Several patents have already been published — more are in the pipeline.
First non-commercial Production Plant
The planning of our first non-commercial plant in Stade is nearing completion. This high-tech production plant will provide crucial insights for operating our future large-scale facilities and will drive the ongoing advancement of our sustainable manufacturing process. Commissioning and customer trials are scheduled to begin in 2027.
World-Scale Production
The production volume of one train will meet the demand for over 500,000 electric vehicles per year. Thanks to our innovative production process, no CO2 emissions (Scope 1) will be emitted.
